Council of Catholic Women

The purpose of the Council of Catholic Women is to unite women of the parish through spiritual and social activities and to assist the pastor in meeting the material needs of the parish. Its responsibilities include providing items for the church as well as organizing and overseeing funeral luncheons. Parishioners are contacted to provide food for funeral luncheons. Volunteers help serve at funeral dinners. They also coordinate Lenten Soup Suppers. Meetings are the third Thursday of January, March, May, September and November. All women of the parish are members of this organization
